  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: 1. Db2 Administration Tool uses ADMIN   *
  *                      DROP followed by a pseudo CREATE during *
  *                      the ALT TABLESPACE process to apply     *
  *                      changes.                                *
  *                      2. Inflight values are not saved during *
  *                      the ALT TABLESPACE process on the       *
  *                      'Redefine Table Space' panel            *
  *                      (ADB21SAR).                             *

  This APAR provides the following enhancements:
  
  1. The ALT TABLESPACE process is changed to generate ALTER
  and ADMIN ALTER statements instead of ADMIN DROP and CREATE
  TABLESPACE statements.
  2. Values that were set on the 'Redefine Table Space' panel
  (ADB21SAR) are saved during the ALT TABLESPACE process and
  are displayed correctly after applying line command 'A' (Alter
  object) on the 'Alter Objects' panel (ADB27CA).
