Error description
When running in a Metro environment with multiple subchannel sets and RS2 primary, loss of connectivity to a primary device (indicated by an IOS1002A message) is ignored by GDPS instead of triggering a HyperSwap. Additional symptom: When running in a Metro environment with multiple subchannel sets and RS2 primary, loss of connectivity to a secondary device (indicated by an IOS002A message) in RS1 incorrectly triggered a Freeze event.
