Error description

• While using the CP_CEC_MIPS_* reports, the reports would show
  the incorrect COD for a given day.

  * USERS AFFECTED: All IBM Z Performance and Capacity           *
  *                 Analytics 3.1.0 users of the CP CEC MIPS     *
  *                 and CP LPAR MIPS by CEC reports who alter    *
  *                 their mainframe capacity.                    *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: 1. The LPAR capacity reports show       *
  *                      different values for MIPS/MSU usage     *
  *                      for the same day if mainframe           *
  *                      capacity has been changed.              *
  *                      2. Views CP_CPU_CEC_*V contain          *
  *                      duplicate rows on the day mainframe     *
  *                      capacity has been changed.              *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF(s).                   *
  ****************************************************************
  1. The LPAR and CEC Capacity reports will show incorrect values
  after the capacity of the machine has been changed.
  2. Views CP_CPU_CEC_*V will contain duplicate rows on the day
  the capacity of the machine has been changed.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. LPAR and CEC Capacity reports are changed to reflect
  capacity changes of the machine.
  2. Views CP_CPU_CEC_*V are changed to show the correct
  values for capacity in use at the time.
