• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When implementing Enterprise Auditing aka "TLS" the overriding
  "Generic" user ID is passed to the server,but not being used for
  the ACEE check in the SQLengine.
  Enabled the LOGON ATH rule where we set ATH.AUPWENTL to 1, (usin
  restricted logic to a specific IP)
  E.g. Passing Generic Id from the driver connection using CALL
  DVSEXEC('SETCONNECTOPTION', 1853, 'TSRRB');
  and where TSRRB should be an existing RACF ID
