Error description

• One of the following issues:
  - an ABENDS0C4
  - the DISPLAY_PARMLIB feature output is written to an unexpected
  DDname
  - an unpredictable error or abend
  can occur as a result of a memory overlap if the VUU083/DISPPARM
  parmlib parameter is not set to NO.
  

Local fix

• if the use of the feature is not required, set VUU083/DISPPARM
  to NO.
