PH48220: AFTER PH36214, INTERMITTENT ABENDS0C4 AFTER A SORT TASK HAS JUSTTERMINATED

Error description

• After the fix for PH36214, an intermittent ABENDS0C4 occurs
  right after the end of a sort task launched by Db2 HPU.
  Additionally, the INZZ031S sort-identifier SORT UTILITY HAS
  ABENDED message sometimes displays an incorrect sort-identifier.
  This can occur if specific internal threads timing conditions
  apply and a sort task (whatever is specified for SORTUTIL) is
  run by Db2 HPU which can occur in the following situations :
  - for an unload from an image copy, if the input image copy is
  to be sorted before the unload
  - for a logical unload specifying an ORDER clause, if the unload
  is run in native mode or if SORT(EXTERNAL) is specified
  

Local fix

• there is no way to prevent the issue from occurring but a rerun
  of the Db2 HPU step usually completes successfully.
