  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
  * In the EREP output, a number of                              *
  * entries with reason code RC00E50013                          *
  * are issued for a FETCH FIRST N ROWS                          *
  * query running on parallel.                                   *

  In the EREP output, a number of entries with reason code
  RC00E50013 are issued for a FETCH FIRST N ROWS query running
  on parallel.
  The EREP entries RC00E50013 codes are generated by the parallel
  child tasks when the number of N rows returned to the
  application is satisfied by the parallel parent, but the
  parallel child tasks still have more rows to fetch. Hence, the
  parallel parent sends out a "STOP" message to its all child
  tasks. Once the child task receives this "STOP" message, the
  parallel child task will stop processing as if it is cancelled.

• After applying this PTF, it will allow the parallel child
  task to "STOP" processing the FETCH FIRST N ROWS query sooner
  so that it will no longer write out the EREP entry RC00E50013
  message.
