Error description

• Db2 Admin Tool jobs may hang and time out, or abend, when
  SYSPRINT is a dataset rather than SYSOUT. This is due to a
  conflict in the use of the SYSPRINT file between Db2 Utilities
  and Db2 Admin Tool. This change avoids this problem by making
  sure Db2 Admin Tool closes SYSPRINT before calling Db2
  Utilities.

  *                      Db2 module DSNUTILB when SYSPRINT       *
  *                      is a dataset rather than SYSOUT.        *

  *                      This is due to a conflict in the use    *
  *                      of the SYSPRINT DD between              *
  *                      Db2 Utilities and Db2 Admin Tool,       *
  *                      which causes an ABEND04E RSN00E40071    *
  *                      in DSNUGSDA, typically followed by      *
  *                      ABEND414.  The hang condition may       *
  *                      cause a subsequent ABEND522.            *
  *                                                              *
  *                      Message DSNU032E may or may not be      *
  *                      issued depending on the timing          *
  *                      involved.                               *

  This change resolves the problem by ensuring Db2 Admin Tool
  always closes SYSPRINT before calling Db2 Utilities.
  
  Workaround: Rerunning the failing job may result in success.
