  * USERS AFFECTED: All users of IBM IMS Tools Base for z/OS     *
  *                 Version 1 Release 7 (FMID: HAHN170) who use  *
  *                 the following IMS Tools Base components:     *
  *                 - IMS Tools Knowledge Base                   *
  *                 - Autonomics Director                        *
  *                 - Distributed Access Infrastructure          *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR includes the following        *
  *                      enhancements:                           *
  *                      - IMS Tools Knowledge Base provides the *
  *                        feature to delete the RECON           *
  *                        environment.                          *
  *                      - Autonomics Director server checks     *
  *                        UPDATE authority immediately after    *
  *                        connecting to IMS Tools Knowledge     *
  *                        Base sever.                           *
  *                      - Distributed Access Infrastructure     *
  *                        sends specific return and reason      *
  *                        codes indicating that the client has  *
  *                        insufficient access.                  *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR and      *
  *                 restart the following servers:               *
  *                 - Autonomics Director server                 *
  *                 - Subordinate Tools Access Servers (SOT) of  *
  *                   Distributed Access Infrastructure          *
  ****************************************************************
  - IMS Tools Knowledge Base provides the feature to delete the
    RECON environment defined in the IMS Tools Knowledge Base
    server using ISPF interface.
  - Autonomics Director server checks UPDATE authority to the IMS
    Tools Knowledge Base repository immediately after starting
    server. Autonomics Director server terminates with abend and
    message IAV0034E when the user who started the Autonomics
    Director server has insufficient access to the IMS Tools
    Knowledge Base repository.
  - Distributed Access Infrastructure sends a specific return code
    and reason code to the client when the client has insufficient
    access to the IMS Tools Knowledge Base repository.
