  management of ACBs is enabled and a large metadata DBD is used.
  

Problem conclusion

• HP Load has been modified to specify the new DFS3CATQ parameter
  EXTATTR=NONE, as provided in IMS APAR PH39492.
  If EXTATTR=NONE is specified, DBDs without metadata will be
  loaded.
