  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR updates the functionality of  *
  *                      the CM analyze option "Unload Altered   *
  *                      Tables" and the corresponding CM batch  *
  *                      option unload_altered_tables.           *
  ****************************************************************
  This APAR introduces a new value for the "Unload Altered
  Tables" option: DES (or D) for destructive changes. When
  "Unload Altered Tables" = DES, unload is executed for
  destructive alters only; non-destructive alters will not
  result in an unload.
  
  This new value, DES (or D), is also added to the corresponding
  CM batch option UNLOAD_ALTERED_TABLES. The same behavior
  applies to CM batch.
  
  This new DES value applies only if one the following two
  conditions are true:
  1. "Generate a recover change" (GENERATE_RECOVER_CHANGE) = NO
  2.  "Generate a recover change" (GENERATE_RECOVER_CHANGE) = YES
      and "Data to recover" (DATA_TO_RECOVER)= E (existing)
