  * USERS AFFECTED: All users of IBM Tools Base for z/OS         *
  *                 Version 1 Release 6 (FMID: HAHN160) who use  *
  *                 the Autonomics Director and the IMS Tools    *
  *                 Knowledge Base.                              *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: IMS Tools Base 1.6 should not have      *
  *                      access to the repositories of IMS Tools *
  *                      Base 1.7.                               *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR and      *
  *                 restart Autonomics Director server.          *
  ****************************************************************
  This enhancement prevents access to repositories of IMS Tools
  Base 1.7 from IMS Tools Base 1.6.
  The following enhancements are provided:
  1. The Autonomics Director server abnormally terminates with
  U0700 and IAV0033E message if it accesses the incompatible
  repositories.
  2. The IMS Tools Discovery utility abnormally terminates with
  U4075 and HKTD515E message if it accesses the incompatible
  repositories.
  3. The HKTARCNI utility terminates with RC=12 if it accesses
  the incompatible repositories.
  4. The Autonomics Director 1.6 ISPF interface prevents access to
  the Autonomics Director 1.7 server.
