    1. Consistent Load job may fail with ABEND S0C6 and the
    following error messages,
    HLO1369E The pipe mechanism cleanup function returned an error.
    HLO1385E The ACCEL_LOAD_TABLES stored procedure abended.
    HLO1391I Return code =00008
    HLO1287E 0001 The writer service returned an error, RC=X'000008'
    2. Consistent load job may fail with ABEND S0C4 on NAME=HLOPIPE
    OFFSET=00002E92
