Error description
With the z/OS Connect Designer running on a Linux platform the container CCSID is 437. When the z/OS Connect Server is running on z/OS the container CCSID is 1208. The results of the execution should not depend on the platform the code is running on.

z/OS Connect OpenAPI 3 has been changed to use the specified CCSID on all platforms. The fix for this APAR will be delivered in the z/OS Connect Designer and Server 3.0.69 images.
