  DESCRIPTION:  For certain types of packages that have old
  versions of DBRM, or unexpected values in the Db2 catalog, the
  DET line command on a package will abend with an error condition
  and no reason for the abend is given.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Db2 Administration Tool allows you to   *
  *                      fetch details on a package by using the *
  *                      DET line command. But if the package is *
  *                      too old or corrupted, ABENDU4083 might  *
  *                      occur while loading SQL statements in   *
  *                      the package.                            *

  With this APAR, an error message is now displayed when the SQL
  statements in the package cannot be fetched.
