• Closed as program error.

Error description

• CORBA exception message was issued at standalone
  server termination even though PH30748(8.5.5.21)
  was installed. There's another code that throws
  the error without the shutdown check.

  The error is due to the obvious reasons that server is shutting
  down and do not able to handle the client_auth_token creation.
  It
  does not need to be reported.
  

Problem conclusion

• With this APAR, the code checks the server status, and do not
  print the message when the server is shutting down.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
  8.5.5.23 and 9.0.5.15.
