Error description

• This APAR introduces three new values for the PATTERN option in
  the Credit Card Number (CCN) Data Privacy Provider to allow
  handling of 8-digit BIN's.
  
  New values for PATTERN option:
  
  4C4R - Copy the first four digits of the issuer identifier and
         randomly generate the fifth through eighth digits.
  6C2R - Copy the first six digits of the issuer identifier and
         randomly generate the seventh and eighth digits.
  8C   - Copy all eight digits of the issuer identifier.
