PH47631: INTERNAL FIXES FOR JUL 2022 ROLL UP PTF

Error description

• This PTF addresses the following internal issues:
  1 SHAADENU – TCz Panel CCQPDB2: Mode Field - Remove CM8 and CM9
  options.
  2. Panel HAAHLP3 and message DLC322E both contain a reference to
  a configuration chapter for the Job Tracking Started Task Name.
  This reference should be changed to Chapter 2 - Preparing to
  Customize Db2 Automation Tool.
  3. SHAADENU: Update TCz HELP to inform the user that specific
  plan names must be unique.
  4. Db2 V13 - The current version of the table
  SYSIBM.SYSINDEXSPACESTATS is not supported by procedure
  DYXAUTO.RTS_SNAPSHOT.
