Error description

• Db2 PTF PI75518 removed the restriction for individual datasets
  for each partition on RPN objects - which allows a single DSN
  for all RPNs included in the job step.  This PTF removes the
  requirement for the &PART or &PA qualifier in the DSN and allows
  STACK YES on RPNs.
