Error description

• Storage shortages occur when DBDs containing large amounts of
  metadata are used in an IMS-managed ACB environment.

  The IMS catalog API (DFS3CATQ) loads DBDs with large amounts of
  metadata below the 16MB line in an IMS managed ACB environment,
  resulting in storage shortages.
  

Problem conclusion

• Reorg Expert has been modified to specify the new DFS3CATQ
  parameter EXTATTR=NONE, as provided in IMS APAR PH39492.
  If EXTATTR=NONE is specified, DBDs without metadata will be
  loaded.
  The products that run under Reorg Expert also use DFS3CATQ,
  so it is recommended to apply the PTFs for the following APARs:
  - APAR PH48044 of IMS High Performance Load 2.1 (FMID=H1IM210)
  - APAR PH48043 of IMS Index Builder 3.1 (FMID=H22O310)
  
  FF DB Sensor has also been modified to specify the new
  EXTATTR=NONE parameter to the IMS catalog API (DFS3CATQ) so that
  DBDs without metadata are loaded.
