  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR updates the functionality of  *
  *                      the CM analyze option "Unload Altered   *
  *                      Tables" and the corresponding CM batch  *
  *                      option unload_altered_tables.           *
  ****************************************************************
  1. Introducing new value for "Unload Altered Tables" = DES or D
  that applies only for destructive changes.
  When "Unload Altered Tables" = DES applied,
  unload will be executed for destructive alters only,
  non-destructive alters will not have an unload in this case.
  2. Same thing applies to CM Batch option
  "UNLOAD_ALTERED_TABLES" = DES or D.
  3. Value DES can be applied only if "Generate a recover change"
  option is either NO
  or "Generate a recover change" = YES and
  "Data to recover" = E (existing).
  Corresponding CM batch parms are:
  "GENERATE_RECOVER_CHANGE" and "DATA_TO_RECOVER".
