  *                 V310 users accessing z16 CPU MF metrics.     *
  *                 Additionally, for IBM Z Performance and      *
  *                 Capacity Analytics V310, any user requiring  *
  *                 metrics on identifying SIIS inefficiency.    *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: IBM Z Decision Support V190 and         *
  *                      IBM Z Performance and Capacity          *
  *                      Analytics V310 currently have           *
  *                      out-dated formulas for the Z16          *
  *                      CPU MF metrics. Additionally, for       *
  *                      IBM Z Performance and Capacity          *
  *                      Analytics V310, SIIS CPU MF metric      *
  *                      was not being captured with the other   *
  *                      CPU MF metrics.                         *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF.                      *

  The Z16 CPU MF formulas are currently out-dated. The formulas
  have been updated. IBM Z Performance and Capacity
  Analytics V310 was not capturing SIIS CPU MF metric in the
  the z/OS Key Performance Metrics CPU MF tables.
  

Problem conclusion

• IBM Z Decision Support V190 and IBM Z Performance and Capacity
  Analytics V310 have been updated to use the correct Z16 CPU MF
  formulas. Additionally, for IBM Z Performance and Capacity
  Analytics V310 a new column SIIS_PERCENTAGE has been added to
  the z/OS Key Performance Metrics CPU MF tables.
