Error description

• Getting 0C4 abend when invoking QMF second time where another
  QMF instance is running in ISPF 7.5.0000.
  
  ADDITIONAL SYMPTOMS:
  All QMF users running under z/OS 2.5 should install the fix for
  this APAR. When running under ISPF, possible ABEND0C4s can occur
  when running the QMF command or callable interface. This is in
  addition to the original reported symptom.
