• The untar step in plugin-file-utils  returns junk values in
  output starting UCD agent version 705.
  The plugin doesn't fail.

  * v6.2.2 uses ant version 1.8 where as v7.0.5 uses ant version *
  * v1.10. In Ant v1.10 it seems that the untar task picks up    *
  * the system encoding rather than defaulting to UTF-8 as it    *
  * was doing so in ant version 1.8. As a result, untar tasks    *
  * work with IBM-1047 encoding instead of ASCII and  untars     *
  * into junk values.                                            *
