PH47258: OBJECT COMPARE ATTEMPTS TO EXPLICITLY CREATE AN IMPLICITLY CREATED AUX TABLE

Error description

• Object Compare generates DDL for a table that is
  implicitly being created.
  
  For example when the values of the CURRENT RULES special
  register is 'STD' and a base table is created with LOB columns
  or altered such that LOB columns are added, Db2 automatically
  creates the LOB table space, auxiliary table, and index on the
  auxiliary table for each LOB column.

  This causes failures when Object Compare then attempts to create
  the AUX table explicitly.

  When using compare to add a LOB column and explicit AUX tables,
  SET CURRENT RULES = 'STD' is generated before altering the
  column. This specification causes the AUX tables to be
  implicitly created, which results in SQLCODE -768 when running
  the statements to create the AUX tables explicitly.
