IBM Transformation Extender users using Kafka Adapter.

Problem Description:
Kafka adapter under heavy load environment misses or duplicates
the events when processing them from a Topic with multiple
partitions that results in some invalid transactions handled by
the map.

Platforms Affected:
All

Problem conclusion

  • Fixed a problem with Kafka adapter where it now processes all
the events in the Topic with multiple partitions successfully
without missing or duplicating events under heavy load
environment.

Applies to:
9.0.0.5, 10.0.0.0, 10.0.3.0, 10.1.0.1, 10.1.1.1

Fixed in the next service packs and releases.
