  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Add z/OSMF Software Management REST     *
  *                      Interfaces for the Software Management  *
  *                      Maintenance Reports.                    *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: The z/OSMF Software Management task in z/OS  *
  *                 V2.5 is enhanced to add z/OSMF Software      *
  *                 Management REST Interfaces for Missing       *
  *                 Critical Updates, Missing FIXCAT Updates and *
  *                 Software Update Search maintenance reports.  *
  ****************************************************************
  The z/OSMF Software Management task has been enhanced as
  follows:
  
  - A new "Missing Critical Updates" REST API has been added to
  help you determine if your software instances are missing
  software updates to resolve PE PTFs, HIPER fixes, or other
  exception SYSMODs identified by ERROR HOLDDATA, and helps
  you identify the SYSMODs that will resolve those exceptions.
  Refer to the z/OSMF REST API documentation in the z/OSMF
  Reference Center.
  
  - A new "Missing FIXCAT Updates" REST API has been added to help
  you identify missing updates for fix categories that might be
  applicable to the software instance, and it identifies the
  SYSMODs that can resolve the missing updates. Refer to the
  z/OSMF REST API documentation in the z/OSMF Reference Center.
  
  - A new "Software Update Search" REST API has been added to
  allow you to search a software instance for one or more
  software updates (aka SYSMODs).  This is helpful when you need
  to complete a task that requires you to determine if a software
  update is installed or needs to be installed.  Refer to the
  z/OSMF REST API documentation in the z/OSMF Reference Center.
  
  - Software Management Perform Workflows has been updated to use
  the "nosetuid" option when mounting UNIX file system data sets
  that contain workflow definition files.
