Error description

• When capturing run times for load balancing with DIAGNOSE,
  Automation Tool doesn't recognize the format of the DIAGNOSE
  ELAPSED TIMES. This causes the following message to be generated
   erroneously:
  
  A TIME= text is in an unsupported format.
  Text surrounding error follows. "*" in column one denotes error
  location.
  ELAPSED TIME (SEC)
  Automation Tool should only capture elapsed times for the
  current Utility/Phase and DIAGNOSE output should be bypassed.
