Error description

• Translation 1047 to 37 and 37 to 1047 is defined in the
  Unicode translation services. However, if it is not defined
  in the server xVZyIN00, at startup, the server will receive
  message that CCSID is not loaded. For example:
   DRDA CCSID See: DEFINE CONV in xDByin00 UCS
   conversion Source(37) Target(1047) CCSID not loaded
   DRDA CCSID *WARNING* - UCS converter will copy source
   to target without conversion
   DRDA CCSID See: DEFINE CONV in xDByin00 UCS conversion
