PH46552: TABLE MVSPM_CRYPTO_PCI_H DOES NOT SEPARATE RECORDS BASED ON THE SCOPE OF THE DATA

Error description

• z/OS released APAR OA54952 that added in fields R7024SCOPE,
  R7023SCOPE, R70205SCOPE. Those fields give information on the
  scope of the data (CPC or LPAR). For the MVSPM_CRYPTO_PCI_H, we
  do not separate the records based on the scope of the data and
  when compared to the RMF crypto report the data is incorrect.

  z/OS 2.4 Toleration introduced a SCOPE setting to enable data
  in the SMF70RED section to be identified as CPC or system scope.
  The update definition for the table MVSPM_CRYPTO_PCI_H does not
  take this into consideration.
  

Problem conclusion

• A new key field ID_SCOPE is added to the table
  MVSPM_CRYPTO_PCI_H to report the data as CPC or system scope.
