Error description

• Add support to also provide longest waiter/suspension activity
  (QLLL information) when accounting rollup (ACCUMACC >1 ) is
  active for DDF and RRS threads.

  In order to properly record the longest wait times in a rollup
  interval, it is necessary to compare the wait times for each
  accumulating interval within the accumac count or the multiple
  threads that are being rolled up during query parallelism and
  autonomous transactions.
  

Problem conclusion

• Db2 has been modified to include the rollup intervals for
  DDF/RRSAF, Query Parallelism, and Autonomous Transactions in
  IFCID 3 section 14 (QLLL).
