Error description

• Add a new field QLLLID the QLLL macro to make it easier to
  identity the suspension type that it being traced as the
  'longest waiter' .

Problem conclusion

• Db2 has been modified to include QLLLTYP so that QLLLR can be
  accurately interpreted when retrieving IFCID0003 accounting
  trace records.
