Error description

• Admin Tool REST service - B and CRE line commands do
  not work with lower case letters
  
  
  DESCRIPTION:  The B and CRE line commands for REST Service do
  not work with lower case letters. When creating a REST Service
  with lower case letters in the collection, name and version, the
  version is converted to upper case before execution and the
  collection and name is converted to upper case at execution. The
  version should stay as it is entered.  In addition, the
  collection and name should automatically be enclosed in quotes
  in the BIND statement before it is executed.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The Collection, NAME, and VERSION       *
  *                      fields on panel ADB21RSB do not allow   *
  *                      lowercase values. Additionally, the     *
  *                      Collection and NAME values are not      *
  *                      enclosed in quotation marks.            *

  When the Collection or NAME field has a lowercase value or a
  special character in its string, the value is automatically
  capitalized and has no quotation marks. The VERSION field is
  also automatically capitalized. This problem is fixed by
  adding quotations to the Collection and Name fields in the bind
  statement, as well as version.  Support has also been added for
  lower case fields for the CAPS OFF solution.
