• Db2 Admin Tool - Help text and message needed for

  DESCRIPTION:  After customer issues option 5 (Utility
  Generation) from Db2 ADMIN main menu, and then specifies TU for
  specify templates (panel ADB25TU3), customer then chooses T or E
  line command on template and nothing happens. The only line
  command that does anything is the question mark. There is no
  message or help text that tells the customer that these line
  commands only work after you have specified a template with the
  question mark line command - a message and help panel text is
  needed to guide the customer to proper usage of the panel.

  The user specifies option 5 (Utility Generation) on the Db2

  to tell the user that these line commands work only after you
  specify a template by using the question mark (?) line command.
