  *                 Version 2 Release 2 (FMID=H27P220) users     *
  *                 who use the IBM IMS Administration Tool and  *
  *                 the Catalog Manager.                         *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR improves the performance of   *
  *                      the compare function of the LIU under   *
  *                      the IMS Administration Tool when it     *
  *                      compares DBDs or PSBs between the IMS   *
  *                      directory with IMS catalog database.    *
  *                                                              *
  *                      This APAR also provides some fixes for  *
  *                      the LIU under the IMS Administration    *
  *                      Tool and the Catalog Manager.           *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
  ****************************************************************
  This APAR has revised the internal flow to improve the
  performance of the compare function of LIU under IMS
  Administration Tool when it compares DBDs or PSBs between the
  IMS directory with the IMS catalog database.
  
  This APAR also modified and fixed the following behavior when
  LIU is run under IMS Administration Tools:
  - LIU provides IMS installed level for IMS Version on the
  IMS Database Space Analysis.
  - Some of terminology reported in the IMS Administration Tool
  has been changed to use same words in the IMS user's guide.
  - The behavior of the compare function has been changed when
  LIU processes empty IMS directory or it finds no DBD or PSB
  instance to be compared in the IMS catalog database. The
  behavior was different whether ACBMGMT value in the DFSDFxxx
  member in the IMS.PROCLIB data set was CATALOG or ACBLIB.
  The behavior is changed to show the same result.
  - The issue not to list any instance of logical DBD has been
  fixed when LIU shows the all instances of the specified logical
  DBD in the IMS catalog database. When ACBMGMT=CATALOG was
  specified, LIU showed the list. However ACBMGMT=ACBLIB was
  specified, LIU showed no instance even when the instances exist
  in the IMS catalog database. This APAR fixes to show the list
  correctly.
  - LIU may cause ABENDS0C4 when it is called for IMS SPUFI
  function. This APAR fixes the issue.
  This APAR also fixes the JCL FABXCIVP in the Sample Library
  Member not to use incorrect space allocation for DFSHDBSC DATA
  SET.
