  4.On LPAR with Dirty Storage event exception processing is wrong
  

Problem conclusion

• 1.CICS Transaction Server 6.1 is now supported.
  2.Code is fixed to prevent OC1 abend
  3.QBACSYIT semantics changed to avoid ambiguity in Batch
  Accounting trace/report, CSV and Enhanced 3270 UI.
  4.Change the code, so event exceptions would be processed
  correctly on LPARs with Dirty Storage.
