Error description
A NullPointerException occurs when a user attempts to access the Quality of Protection (QoP) settings page for the SSL configuration used by the z/OS location service daemon.

Problem conclusion
Fix the code to not include duplicate entries on the Quality of protection data. The console also modified to consider a null value in one of the properties. The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack 8.5.5.22 and 9.0.5.13.
