This APAR refers to messages of the following form:
    [:info] [pid 29004:tid 123145458397184] [client
    127.0.0.1:51599]
IHS00024: module mod_cgid.c took 11000ms to return OK (URI /cgi-
    bin/test-cgi) in phase handler
INFO level is typically not used in production, but the point
    of
this option is to highlight unexpectedly slow requests and
    provide some details.

Problem conclusion

  • A new "TrackHookOptions" was added with a keyword of "notice"
that promotes these error messages to NOTICE level. NOTICE
    messages are always logged.

The new option above is automatically enabled when
    "TrackHooksOption allopts" is specified

Additionally, a message prefix of "IHS00024" has also been added
to this message, independent of the new option.

The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in IBM HTTP
Server fix packs 8.5.5.22 and 9.0.5.13. For more information,
