Error description

• S702 abend posting heartbeat after "quick" ending
  
  
  The capture service abended S702-08 trying to post an ECB.  The
  ECB pointer had once pointed at the heartbeat timer ECB
  for a subscription, but that storage has been reused to have
  a string in the storage.  The linkage stack for the PC into
  POST registers provide the traceback and show the abend is from
  the timer manager and the abend is because the storage was
  reused and the subscription's pointer wasn't reset.
  
  The subscription was in an internal ending state of "quick" end
  following an error.  The error was from the IMS log
  reader.
