  APAR PH45954 modifies the clearClassCache.bat utility to use
  the PowerShell "Get-Date" cmdlet instead of WMIC to compute a
  date having a locale-independent format.
  Microsoft deprecated WMIC in Windows 10 [ref 1] and may remove
  it from future releases.
  APAR PH45954 ensures the clearClassCache.bat utility will
  function over future releases of Windows which lack WMIC.

Problem conclusion

• Apply APAR PH45954 to replace WMIC with PowerShell within the
  clearClassCache.bat utility.
