Error description

• An OS/390 indexer parameter such as:   DJDETRIG=$DJDE
  will  cause arsload to fail with this message:
  
  ARS5488E INVALID INDEXING PARM. ERROR OCCURS NEAR DJDETRIG
  
  The OS/390 indexer is treating the '$' as an unknown character
  causing the failure.
  

Local fix

• Don't use '$ in the indexing parameters.

  ARGL390Z is not treating a dollar sign as valid in a DJDE
  trigger.
  

Problem conclusion

• ARGL390Z is changed to treat a dollar sign as valid in a DJDE
  trigger.  Additionally, processing for DJDETRIG is enhanced to
  allow hex notation so that EBCDIC variant characters can be
  safely specified for DJDETRIG.  For example:
  DJDETRIG=X'5BC4D1C4C5'
