  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTFs and follow the       *
  *                 HOLD ACT instructions.                       *

  Db2 v13 includes several changes to macro definitions which are
  currently mapped in IZDS and IZPCA record definitions. IZDS,
  and IZPCA needs to be modified to tolerate these changes when
  collecting Db2 v13 data.
