  *                      to spawn the V2/IAFC retrieval program. *

  Currently when arszsmre is spawned to retrieve V2 or IAFC
  documents, the jobname of the spawned processes is set by Unix
  System Services.  If the ARSSOCKD proc has an eight character
  started task name, the spawned address spaces have the same
  name.  This can make it difficult to monitor V2/IAFC work
  distinct from non-V2/IAFC work.

• A new ars.cfg setting, ARSMVS_V2_JOBNAME, is provided to allow
  the specification of a jobname to be used for the spawned
  V2/IAFC retrieval.
  
  ARSMVS_V2_JOBNAME
  
  This parameter specifies the 1 to 8 character jobname used to
  retrieve R/DARS and IAFC OAM objects.  If not specified, the
  jobname will be determined by Unix System Services spawn()
  processing.
