Error description

• When the Log Data Cache feature is engaged, if the Log Cache is
  cleared before or during CDC address space initializing, the
  error message CHC9210E may be reported with
  ReturnCode=X'00000008' and ReasonCode=X'00E60863', following
  with message CHC9209I stating log unavailable and message
  CHC9208I stating log read retry successful.
