Error description

• Tivoli Workload Scheduler for z/OS set flags in the RDW
  that caused IZDS to issue message DRL0025E and terminate.

  An RDW had flags incorrectly set and caused the code
  to interpret the RDW as an SDW for a spanned data set.
  

Problem conclusion

• If the code finds flag which make the RDW look like an SDW
  a further check is made to ensure the data set is spanned.
