  HP Load issues HPSR0010W and ends with RC=04 when HALDB has only
  one segment occurrence.
  HPSR0010W NO SEGMENT WAS READ FROM INPUT
  HP Load will also not issue HPSR0010W and ends with RC=00 if
  there is no segment occurrence in HALDB and PARTINIT=YES is
  specified and DBDS is initialized.
  This is due to a problem in determining whether the number of
  segment occurrences is zero.
  

Problem conclusion

• HP Load has been changed to correctly determine the number of
  segment occurrence.
