  Master field selection lists of RKANSAMF / TKANSAMF members
  FPEPSGEN and FPEPSSTG have wrong default FORMAT variable
  specified for fields: HELD BY SKCT (MB), HELD BY SKPT (MB),
  HELD BY DBD (MB), HELD BY STMT POOL (MB). This leads to
  incorrect conversion of page count value to MB.
  

Problem conclusion

• FORMAT (v) variable in master field selection lists of
  RKANSAMF / TKANSAMF members FPEPSGEN and FPEPSSTG changed from
  MB to P2MB for fields: HELD BY SKCT (MB), HELD BY SKPT (MB),
  HELD BY DBD (MB), HELD BY STMT POOL (MB)
