• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Even with LOGPOLLINTERVAL configuration keyword setting as
  NOINCREASE, CDC may still be observed for high latency when
  there is no workload. This would lead floods of latency alters
  to be observed from MC or received by target engine when the
  subscription is sourced from CDC for z/OS and configured with
  Latency Thresholds.

Problem conclusion

• The related logic has been improved to update the log scraping
  progression information to the REPORT POSITION message timely.
