APAR status

Error description

  • This issue can be seen when using the IBM Transformation
Extender (ITX) Launcher to run maps, that then subsequently use
a SOAP adapter connection.

The first execution of the map succeeds.  The second execution,
the map fails with 'Adapter not found' in audit log:
  <Message>FAIL function aborted map: Adapter not found:
SOAP</Message>

Problem summary

  • Users Affected:
IBM Transformation Extender users using SOAP Adapter

Problem Description:
SOAP adapter reports 'Adapter not found' error when it is
executed second time or higher, first time execution of calling
SOAP service works fine with out any error.

Platforms Affected:
All

Problem conclusion

  • Fixed a problem with SOAP adapter where it now runs fine when
map rule is executed more than one time during transformation,
does not report 'Adapter not found' error.

Applies to:
10.1.1.0

Fixed in the next service packs and releases.
