Error description

• When selecting "ADD/INSERT/ALTER PARTITION" on panel ADB21TA for
  a table that's associated with a PAGENUM RELATIVE partitioned
  tablespace, panel ADB21TAV 'Alter Partitioned Table' does not
  allow adding a new partition beyond 256.
  
  Error message:
  
  Cannot add new partition
  
  PF1 gives the following information:
  
  The table space must be redefined in order to add another
  partition.  See the DB2 SQL Reference manual for the ALTER
  TABLE statement for more information.

  Issue 1:
  When selecting option "ADD/INSERT/ALTER PARTITION" on
  panel ADB21TA for a table in a partitioned table space
  with PAGENUM RELATIVE, the next panel
  ADB21TAV 'Alter Partitioned Table' does not allow
  adding a new partition beyond 256 parts.
  
  Issue 2:
  Panel ADBPDIAG 'Diagnostic Tools' option 3 issues the following
  error:
  IKJ56709I INVALID DATA SET NAME, 'COPYIT
  IKJ56718A REENTER THIS OPERAND+ -
